Once entered into our system, you have the option of receiving a unique, secure passkey to your medical record, where you can then begin to enter your health information in advance of your visits with us, saving you time. Don't have the time or patience to deal with computers? Not to worry, we are happy to do it for you at the time of your visit with us if you prefer.
